I am shielding/I have Coronavirus symptoms; can the works go ahead?

Before our contractors visit your home or site, please inform your account manager if there’s anyone in the property with a confirmed case of Coronavirus or if anyone else in the property is in self-isolation.

Your account manager can then ensure the works are arranged safely.

What is GEC doing to protect its customers and staff?

We’re continuing to provide a safe and reliable service with a number of additional safety precautions in place, including rotating shifts and staff working from home where possible.

Our ultimate aim is to ensure we continue to deliver the high levels of service we’re known for.
